Lorraine Macaulay is a qualified NVQ Assessor and Internal Verifier in Hospitality and Customer Care and owner/manager of The Conservatory Cafe and Quiche’s Quality Catering – a bespoke outside catering company based in Barrow-in-Furness.
The Conservatory Cafe is a new venture for Lorraine, launched in February 209. Quiche’s Quality Catering was established by Lorraine in 2007. The company has since moved into larger, purpose built business premises within Victoria Hall on Rawlinson Street, Barrow-in-Furness and operates throughout the Furness and South Lakes area.
The holder of a Level 3 Supervisory Food Hygiene qualification and a 5 Star rating for cleanliness and hygiene from Barrow Borough Council, Lorraine has put her 20 years catering and hospitality experience to good use with the opening of her new business venture.
The Conservatory Cafe offers a wide selection of home cooked breakfasts and lunches Monday - Friday 08.30 - 4.30 pm. Her outside catering company, Quiche's Quality Catering caters for weddings, business lunches, corporate events, children’s parties and christenings with menus starting from as little as £4 per person. Whether you require a small fork buffet, a hot supper, canapés or simply hors d’oeuvres, Quiche’s Quality Catering supplies a first class culinary delight.
